Neighbours, TV license inspectors, gay cruisers, and the local junkies are all welcome chez Tony. Only, if his guests misbehave or try and leave his grimy, skanky flat in a hurry there’s going to be trouble.
Things take a turn for the worse for Tony when the local hard man’s son goes missing (being the only weirdo on the estate does have its drawbacks.
